5 Unique Spots you must visit in Barcelona

Here are a few little hidden gems we insist you visit when in Barcelona:

1. Eyescream and friends

This is a fresh, quirky ice cream shop serving a form of gelato we can gurantee you won't have tried... shaved.

You basically pick your tray, choose your flavour, choose two toppings and enjoy your delicious creation. Not only is it super fun to make but it tastes lovely and at the end little edible eyes are added, cmon guys can you deny how cute this looks:

The store headquarters are in Barcelona and can be found in the Bareloneta neighberhood.

2. Happy Pills

Happy Pills is literally the most adorable yet clinical store we've ever been to - it feels like walking into one of those labs in alien movies or films based in the 3000's but instead of scary contraptions there are pill jars, pink themed merchandise/branding and millions of sweeties!

We weren't allowed to take any photos unfortunately - yes really there is a sign the minute you walk in so this photo of our sweets will have to do my pretties:

3. Flamingo Vintage Kilo

Shout out to all our sexy hipster gals, this gem is for you! So basically we 'accidently' found this kooky shop after taking a few left turn off Las Ramblas and getting blissfully lost. This store is rammed with 90s jackets, tops, coats etc. WE WANTED TO PURCHASE THE WHOLE STORE. I kid you not. Basically items are priced by kilo and individual items may be in different bracket eg. 7 euros per kilo for certain jackets or 12 euros per kilo for certain tops. Then at the end the lovely cashier weighs your finds and gives you the total!

4. Palm trees

The roads close to the harbour (Barceloneta)
The architecture is stunning, it makes for a good photo plus it looks like a strip you'd find in Hollywood!

5. H&M

Okay now we know you're probably thinking "so what I can find H&M on my nearest highstreet?!"
But trust us, this store is insane. First of all it is massive, second of all the structure of it is so quirky - it appears it used to be a former night club as there are clear lifts, gorgeous marble staircases and the bass. Oh ma gawd the bass is so powerful we couldn't help but dance - here's Amy cutting some shapes as per:
